Why you should use a legal coach?
Being a self-represented litigant is not easy. To succeed, you need to teach yourself all of the laws that apply to your case and work out the correct legal arguments to use. Then you need to devise the right strategy. Remember, the law is complicated! For these reasons, self-represented litigants do not always achieve the best possible results. Often, they will annoy judges by submitting the wrong information. They may not pursue the right defence or they may fail to provide sufficient evidence to support their case. Or they may let their emotions get the better of them.
Lawyers are able to offer experience and a detailed understanding of the law. If you have the means to hire full legal representation, it is always in your best interests to do so! If not, hire a legal coach.
