Q: How will I be charged?

After an initial in-person consultation (or over the telephone if you do not live in the lower mainland) we will work on a plan that would most efficiently use the resources available to you.  The following are some of the pricing models, which may be offered depending on your case:

1. If you require only telephone coaching, you can purchase time in 30-minute increments.  This will allow you to control your cost and get targeted advice as required.

2. If you require case management, trial preparation, or other services, those costs will be determined on a case-by-case basis.  Generally, the cost of such services will depend on the complexity of the file or service and the amount of time it would take to complete it.

3. If you wish to participate in a small-group workshop you may organize your own group. Otherwise I can organize a group for you (minimum number of participants is 4)

4. If you are a law student, articling student or a 0-5 year call my fees are charged on a sliding scale.

If you are an employee you may be able to get your company to pay for your coaching.

If you are self-employed, or make the investment yourself – REMEMBER coaching is a business expense, which can be deducted on your income tax.
